Me: I did not know that they are divorced. Obviously I was shocked to know!
Friend: I did know about the issues but did not know about the divorce.
Me: I said I spoke to her..she said he is a good man,just that they did not have a family life and were not meant for each other. She needed a baby desperately,but he did not!
Friend: she lied to you! That is not the reason. She was having an affair with someone else!
Me: shocked( naturally) but said..okay. The problem is how long can she lie to herself when she already knows the truth!
I always wonder,would'nt there be some truth in all lies?! Or else how can people lie to themselves!!
